Liliya Hrynevych takes part in the celebration to mark the 10th anniversary of the Independence of Montenegro

The Honorary Consulate of Montenegro in Ukraine hosted an event on 20 May 2016 to celebrate the 10th anniversary of the Independence of Montenegro, which was attended by Liliya Hrynevych, Minister of Education and Science of Ukraine.
The event was attended by Ljubomir Mišurović, Ambassador of Montenegro in Ukraine, Ukrainian lawmakers, diplomats, artists, the Heads of higher educational establishments, and others.
Ljubomir Mišurović said that for 10 years Montenegro has had diplomatic relations with other countries, with their Embassy in Ukraine in place since 2006. "In recent years our country has focused on the practical aspects of bilateral relations. We hope that our relationship will continue to evolve and improve. We need to establish work not only in the economic but also the social and investment aspects of bilateral relations", said Ljubomir Mišurović.
Liliya Hrynevych followed, pointing out the similarity of the historical destiny of both countries in the fight for independence. The Minister also expressed her hopes for the further development of partnership and friendly relations between Ukraine and Montenegro.
