Project goals:
- Assessment of efficiency of educational system in accordance with international criteria (eg PISA)
- Providing advice on improving education policy in priority areas
- Access to relevant international research and monitoring to ensure informed national reforms
- Improving the national dialogue in the field of educational policy
Project activities:
- Conducting seminars to mobilize stakeholders
- Exchange of experience
- Educational strategies and action plans for reforming
Project field:
- Citizens' access to quality education (including higher education)
- Quality of teaching and learning in schools
- Management of staff and resources
- Ability to prevent and detect corruption in education
Action plan:
- Address the weaknesses of educational policy and regulation that lead to misunderstanding or abuse of trust
- Create targeted recommendations for eliminating risks and improving their early detection and use of anti-corruption mechanisms to reduce corruption
- Restore the trust of citizens in education on the basis of talent and merit
- Consolidate data on education in Ukraine which should be used in cooperation with the OECD
- Support escalation of results and recommendations
