Born on 30 November 1952 in Korsakov.
In 1977, graduated from the Kyiv Institute of Light Industry with qualification of engineer-technologist. PhD in Economics (2004), Associate Professor.
In 1972-1992, worked at the Central Special Design and Engineering Technological Bureau of Light Industry.
Since 1992, she has started working at the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, holding positions of chief specialist, deputy head of department, head of department, deputy director of department, director of department of economy and finance.
In 2017-2018, she held the position of Advisor to the Minister of Education and Science of Ukraine.
In December 2018, she was appointed as Deputy Minister of Education and Science of Ukraine.
She has more than 26 years of state service experience. Honored by numerous awards for her high level of professionalism.
