An initiated by the Government reform of secondary education, as well as the introduction of the principles of dual education in the vocational training segment, will provide additional benefits in solving the problem of labor migration faced not only by Ukraine but also by European countries. This was stated by Prime Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Groysman.

"The world community is active and resilient. And we must understand that we have to win the competition for labor resources", said the Head of Government. "That is why we start with the basics – training personnel, and, consequently, reforming the education system. We have launched the "New Ukrainian School", which lays new standards and competencies for schoolchildren. And now we are working on the introduction of the system of dual education in the vocational education sector. Into the training process, we will attract the real sector - so that industrialists share technology and training was effective. I think that starting 2021 we will switch to the full-fledged dual education, thereby positively affecting the development of the economy. "

Meanwhile, according to Volodymyr Groysman, it is crucial to provide material incentives - decent wages. "For this, we must fight. And here all the components are equally important - technological re-equipment of production facilities, reduction of the resource component in the cost of production, etc.", added the Prime Minister.
