Submission of questionnaires of candidates to the expert groups for conducting evaluation of the effectiveness of the Higher Education Institutions with respect to scientific areas is extended

According to the Law of Ukraine “On Scientific and Scientific and Technical Activities” and the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 22, 2018 No. 652 “Some Issues of State Certification of Higher Education Institutions in the Part of their Scientific (Scientific and Technical) Activity”, the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine will conduct in 2019 the state certification of Higher Education Institutions that are within the sphere of the Ministry of Education and Science, in the part of conducting their scientific (scientific and technical) activity.

In accordance with subparagraph 3 of paragraph 15 of the aforementioned resolution, the MES approves the staff of the certification committee, expert groups and the provisions on them.

In view of the above, the MES announces the additional registration of specialists and scientists, who may be included as candidates for expert groups to evaluate the effectiveness of the HEI with respect to scientific areas.

Candidates for expert groups may apply for one of the proposed research areas, but for several fields of expertise in this area.

Candidates must until December 1, 2019:

1. Complete a google-form questionnaire using the link
2. Submit a scanned copy of the paper version of the questionnaire signed by the candidate and certified by the organization (institution) in which they work, to the Directorate of science Ministry of education and science of Ukraine by e-mail [email protected]
