Shvadchak Roksolana

Was born on January 14, 1992 in the town of Novyi Rozdil, Lviv region.

Professional activity: 

During 2015-2019 R. Shvadchak was working in the deputy faction of the Kyiv City Council as a lawyer, a specialist in working with the deputy faction, an assistant to deputies of the Kyiv City Council.

During 2019-2023 she was working at the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine on the next positions:

• adviser to the Minister of Education and Science (2019 – 2020);
• adviser to the Deputy Minister of Education and Science (2020);
• acting head of the expert group on digital transformation of education and science of the Directorate of Strategic Planning and European integration (2020 – 2021);
• acting head of the expert group on digital development of the Directorate of Digital Transformation (2021 –2023).

On May 2, 2023, was appointed the Director General of the Directorate of Digital Transformation of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine.

 Education:

• In 2016, obtained a Master's degree in Law at Taras Shevchenko Kyiv National University.
• In 2018, she completed courses on lawmaking at the Ukrainian School of Lawmaking of the Institute of Legislation of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine and at the BRDO School (Better Regulation Delivery Office).
• In 2021, was a participant in the educational course “Evaluation of public programs and policies” of the Kyiv School of Economics and the course “Sustainable e-Government for Resilient and Innovative Democratic Public Administration” (Linköping University, Political Science Unit, Department of Management and Engineering, Sweden).

In 2022, she completed a course “Safe Education Environment during Emergency Times” (MASHAV Educational Training Center, Israel).
