Yarmystyi Maksym

In 2006, he earned a master's degree in law at Yuriy Fedkovych Chernivtsi National University.
In 2009, he obtained a second higher education degree, specializing in finance, as an economist-financier, at Chernivtsi Trade and Economic Institute of Kyiv National Trade and Economic University.
He also received a master's degree in educational measurements at Dragomanov National Pedagogical University.
He has participated in professional development programs in the Netherlands and the United States.
From 2005 to 2008, he worked in the Civil Service Department of the Main Civil Service in Chernivtsi Oblast.
From 2008 to 2011, he held positions in the Legal Department of the State Committee of Ukraine on Nationalities and Religions.
In 2011-2013, he served as the head of the Legal Department of the State Educational and Scientific Institution "Academy of Financial Management."
Since 2016, he has been the Director of the Legal Support Department of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine.
In 2019-2020, he was the Deputy Minister of Education and Science of Ukraine.
In July-August 2020, he competed for the position of the First Deputy Chairman of the Ukrainian Institute of National Memory, and on September 9, 2020, he was appointed by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
On April 7, 2023, he was appointed to the position of State Secretary of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine's order No. 293-r dated April 7, 2023.
