Zavgorodnii Dmytro

Was born on September 12, 1991.

In 2013 he graduated from the Faculty of Cybernetics of the Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, majoring in Applied Mathematics.

In 2015 he completed a two-year MS in Innovations and Entrepreneurship programme at the Lviv Business School of the Ukrainian Catholic University.

In 2019 he received his second Master's degree in Professional Education (Computer Technology) at the Vinnitsa State Pedagogical University named after Mykhailo Kotsyubinsky.

Participant of Francis Fukuyama and Mary Hilderbrand's short-term programme "The Role of Public Policy in Private Sector Development" at the Ukrainian Catholic University in partnership with Stanford University.

Participant of Aspen Institute Kyiv's Values and Society workshop in 2018 and the International Leadership Seminar in France in 2019.

In 2013-2015 worked as a director of the online shop at Helen Marlen Group.

In 2015-2021 he was a private entrepreneur in the fields of software development and informal education.

From 2019-2020 - Director of SINKGLOBAL CAPITAL LLC.

Since 2019 - pro bono advisor to the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine on Education and Science, freelance manager of the project "All-Ukrainian School Online".

Expert of the advisory committee for the development of the sphere of artificial intelligence under the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine.

On August 10, 2021 he was appointed Director General of the Directorate of Digital Transformation of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine.
