European Training Foundation

ETF is the European Union Agency, which assists the countries with economic system in transition and developing countries. The development of their human potential is going through the reform of education systems, in particular vocational education in the context of the European Union's foreign policy. Організація базується у Турині (Італія) і діє з 1994 року. The organization is based in Turin, Italy, and has been operating since 1994.
